Postage & Packaging
Small items will be desptached via Royal Mail:
001g - 499g £1.84
500g - 999g £2.92
with exception to items to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, these will be desptached via DHL Courier at £4.99 plus vat.
For larger items from 1kg to 99kg delivery is via DHL Couriers for all of the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland:
1kg - 30kg £ 4.99 + vat
31kg - 50kg £ 9.98 + vat
51kg - 70kg £14.97 + vat
71kg - 99kg £19.96 + vat
DHL Couriers will aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days throughout the UK mainland and to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles.
Items 100kg and above will be despatched via hauliers on a pallet and delivery is calculated on both weight and region, please contact our team if you wish to find out which region your postcode falls within,otherwise you can note the price of postage once you have "checked out" and entered your address details. Delivery should be within 2-4 working days.

251kg - 500kg £15.00 (1/2 pallet)
501kg - 1200kg £15.00 (full pallet)
Plus vat.
Weight charges for lower rate regions:
100kg - 250kg £26.00 (1/4 pallet)
251kg - 500kg £27.00 (1/2 pallet)
501kg - 1200kg £33.00 (full pallet)

100kg - 250kg £43.00 (1/4 pallet)
251kg - 500kg £43.00 (1/2 pallet)
501kg - 1200kg £46.00 (full pallet)

GreenMule do not deliver to the Shetlands, Channel Islands or overseas.
RETURNS
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. The goods should be well packed and clearly labelled, enclosing your returns form and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage and should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of cancelled or unwanted goods.
